However, if you face any issue, please read our policy below:
1. No Return Policy on Opened/Used Products
Due to food safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a masala pack has been opened, used, or tampered with.
2. Return Eligibility
You can request a return or replacement only if:
- You received a wrong product.
- The product was damaged during delivery.
- The product is expired or defective at the time of delivery.
In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and the outer packaging.
3. How to Raise a Return Request

- Photos/videos of the issue
- A short description of the problem
Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 working days.
4. Refund or Replacement
Once your request is approved:

5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
